This is an experimental chatbot that simulates a simple interaction by sending an SMS and then receiving a USSD menu with a list of options to select.  The user enters one of the options and it continues to infer the users intentions for information they are seeking. It uses AI large language models as knowledge graph that the user is traversing through their choices.  In effect the USSD menus are providing the user a means to navigate an outline for the inferred topic.  Once the interaction reaches a third level of inference it shows a short paragraph of detail information.
